 The
Cardinals finished the 2009 season as District 8 Champions. Their record was
8-4. The team went undefeated in district play beating Tates Creek, Madison
Central and Henry Clay. They won the first playoff game against Dunbar but
their playoff run ended with a heart breaking lose to Scott Co. 18-15.
